Lavon Hightower Lewis will be sharing this month with FCW members the vision she believes God has for FCW's future. 

Lavon is Board Chairwoman, as well as Yahoo email group moderator and webmaster. She has been a member of FCW since 2000. 

Lavon is a freelance writer, speaker, singer , ordained minister, whose weekly devotional column, Jewels From the Word, is currently published in five newspapers in northeast OK and KS.

Her article, "Joseph, Prince of Egypt", was recently published in a gift book, Hello Future! Insights for the Graduate. She also writes a column, Refuge of the Heart, published at the Melody of the Heart online magazine.

Lavon married her high school sweetheart and they have two grown children and two grandsons. She retired early from SW Bell after 32 years, and now works part-time as a computer consultant doing computer tutoring and repair.
